Question: How tall are The Fresh Dolls & The Fresh Squad?

• The Fresh Dolls are approximately 11.5in tall. The Fresh Squad stands at 12in tall. 

 Question: Do the dolls fit similar sized fashion doll clothing and accessories?

• While they are specially designed for their own Fresh fashions (which we sell in fashion packs and are interchangeable with all our dolls) they are also able to fit some other brands that accommodate bodies with broader hips. 

 Question: Can the dolls' hair be straightened with heat?

• We recommend to craft and customize at your own risk & with adult supervision. Some have been able to use straightening tools on low to medium settings for the hair. 

 Question: Can the doll bodies and/or heads be used to switch out on other fashion dolls?

• We recommend to craft and customize at your own risk & with adult supervision. Some crafters have been able to swap out bodies & heads — but they are not guaranteed to fit other brands.

 Question: How old are the dolls supposed to be?

• The Fresh Dolls & The Fresh Squad have open backstories so that it is left open to the imagination of the doll owner.  Most people envision them to be young college age adults. 

 Question: Do you only make Black dolls?

• In future Waves we will be releasing more ethnicities so that doll lovers from all over the world can see all their individual beauty reflected. 

 Question: What is the recommended age for play with these dolls?

• Ages 3+ under parental discretion. 

 Question: Do you guys make doll furniture, houses, cars, playsets, etc?

• We are currently in the planning stages to create some Fresh & Fabulous doll accessories & playsets. Stay tuned!

 Question: Are the dolls fully rooted? No bald spots?

• Our dolls are full rooted and intended for doll play, hair styling and lots of imagination! 

 Question: Who is Dr. Lisa? Is she a medical doctor?

• Dr. Lisa Williams is a mom, former college professor, mentor and entrepreneur. Through hard work and perseverance Dr. Lisa attained unprecedented success by becoming the first female professor to receive a multi-million dollar endowed chair, the first African American professor to earn tenure at Penn State University, and the first African American to receive a doctorate in Logistics from The Ohio State University.

 Question: What does World of EPI mean?

• In 2003, Dr. Lisa formed the World of Entertainment, Publishing and Inspiration (World of EPI) with the mission of spreading joy by providing children with dolls that inspire dreams, promote intelligence and build self-esteem. 

 Question: What is your shipping and handling policy?

• Our current stock of items can be purchased from our official website. Processing & handing takes an estimated 24-48 hours and final shipping is based on your local mailing system for delivery. All orders will receive tracking info when your item is shipped. 

 Question: Can I get free dolls?

• The mission of The World of EPI is to give back to the community here and overseas. We are always actively donating our dolls so that children around the world can see their unique beauty in doll form. If you would like to help us in our volunteer efforts, please become one of our Patreon subscribers — your donation will help us donate more dolls and if you subscribe to a tier that offers doll gifts you will be sent dolls per the cited schedule personally signed by Dr. Lisa. 
• Also, we will be launching a Fresh VIP club where we will have quarterly raffles (including Fresh merchandise or dolls). 

 Question: Can we get customized dolls that look like me (my child, etc)?

• We are currently not taking customization orders at this time. However we will be spotlighting some of our awesome Fresh doll artists and customizers in our Fresh digital magazine. You will be able to meet and find contact information for those individuals in those articles. Stay tuned!
