REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for placing an order with thefreshdolls.com.

Please note that all sales are final, unless the order is damaged. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 30 days to help process your exchange or refund quickly. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please have proof of purchase, and follow the steps below to start the process.


Exchange/Return/Refund Policy
We cannot accept returns of products purchased from a retail store or Amazon or eBay.

Product Issue
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong item or a damaged product, send us a picture of what you received (for quality control purposes) and we can offer a replacement. If you wish to exchange a doll, you may be asked to return the item to us. Please contact customerservice@worldofepi.com with your full name and order number.

Lost Package
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost or stuck in transit, please reach out to the carrier first to track down the location of your order. If they are unable to track down your order and you have purchased our Route Shipping Protection, please click here to reach out to them.

Please note that we do not give refunds for orders that did not arrive or was not delivered on time due to the shipping carrier. This is why we offer Route Shipping Protection, an affordable insurance to replace your items in case this occurs.

If the tracking shows “delivered” and you purchased our Route Shipping Protection, please click here to reach out to them.

If you order has marked as “Return To Sender” we can offer a replacement order sent to an alternative address, with an additional charge for the shipping. Please contact customerservice@worldofepi.com with your full name and order number.

 

Wrong Address Provided
If the incorrect address is entered during checkout, EPI will not replace the item. In order to resend the order, the item(s) that were shipped must be returned to our warehouse. Once received, we can create a new order with additional charge for shipping.

Sizing Exchange for Clothing (Not Doll Fashion Sets)
If it is a sizing issue, we will offer a one-time free size replacement, 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order. On large orders, we do not offer size replacements on more than 2 shirts in the order. We do not offer size exchanges on baby onesies and all-over print orders.

No refunds or exchanges if you've simply "changed your mind."
All sales are final. Please take the time to carefully review the charges on your order, especially in regards to shipping cost. We are always looking for lower shipping partners. If the cost for shipping is too high, please take time to carefully decide before you complete your order. Once you place your order, it is final and will not be canceled.



For U.S. customers, you have up to 30 days after the shipped date to exchange purchased item(s) from our site. For international customers, you have up to 60 days after the shipped date to exchange purchased item(s) from our site.




In order to replacement a damaged order, you MUST do the following:

1. Email customerservice@WorldofEPI.com

2. Provide your order number.

3. Provide a photo of wrong/damaged item.

4. Please let us know the changes necessary to correct the problem, ie: color, size, style, etc.



Please note: It may take a couple of weeks before you receive your replacement order.
