PROCESSING & SHIPPING
ORDER CUT OFF TIME
If you made a purchase after 12pm EST Monday through Friday, your order will not begin processing until the following business day. Please note we are closed on the weekends, and do now ship until the following business day, which is Monday.
If you made your purchase over the weekend on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be processed until the following business day begins. We are closed on the weekends, and do now ship until the following business day, which is Monday.
PROCESSING TIME FRAME
Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days, not including weekends. This processing time does NOT include the shipping time frame. All orders received before 12pm EST, Monday through Friday, will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME
Shipping may take 3-10 business days for domestic orders, depending on the carrier. Due to Covid-19, majority of shipping carriers have been experiencing a delay in delivering packages. On international orders, we use DHL, which takes more days to deliver. Please use your tracking number to keep track of your order.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping option, please note that it may take longer than the standard shipping of 2 to 10 business days. This includes the time frame provided for international shipping options. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, especially during Covid-19, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
SHIPPING INSURANCE + TRACKING
Route shipping insurance provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. If you decline insurance, your order will not be covered, replaced or refunded if it is lost, broken or stolen. It also allows you to track your order. If you did not add the Route shipping insurance before checking out, this is the other alternative. You can track your order after your receive your shipping email that includes the shipping carrier tracking number. Either click on the link/tracking number to track your order or copy and paste your tracking number and paste on our order tracking page.
DUTIES & TAXES
INTERNATIONAL ORDER DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. All shipments are sent DDU “Delivery Duty Unpaid”. DDU means that your customer (the receiver) will get contacted by customs once their shipment arrives. It is the customer’s responsibility to settle any customs charges in order to release the shipment.
We use a combination of USPS and DHL to ship internationally.

If your order is being delivered through UPS and you have issues with receiving packages or may not be home to receive your order, please try their UPS Access Point Locker Service. To redirect your UPS shipment to a location near you, please reach out to a locat UPS store.
